Greece is not only a wonderful place for a holiday – with 300 days sunshine per year, crystal-clear water, a century-old civilisation and incomparable hospitality – it is also a great country for holiday homes and residences to retire to. Due to its many islands and an extremely long coastal line (approx. 15,000 km) with numerous bays and coves, it still offers the opportunity to buy reasonably priced properties with unobstructed sea view.
The existing holiday homes do not necessarily meet the expectations and the quality standards of other European clients – in many cases, building a new bespoke structure is the best solution.
