The eaves of a detached house with slate roof needed extensive repair. To prevent overtopping under heavy rain conditions, this project involved enlarging the concealed eaves gutter, improving gutter slope, and installing a new outlet. The eaves received a new slate cladding and the soffit a wooden lining.
