The Sports Hall is located in a business park. The main hall is a totally new structure – it can be divided into 3 separate units and includes an indoor shooting range – whereas a former warehouse now accommodates the gym and the caretaker’s apartment. The flamboyant new structure is visible from far away and strongly contrasts with the surrounding buildings in its forms and choice of materials, making it a symbol of the regeneration of the area and anchoring it as the focus of this new suburban centre.
